Why is it adviced to take the MCAT in Junior/Senior year? (pls read short desc)?

As far as I am aware, medical school is still 4 yrs after graduating High School.
So there is still 4 years of university.
So why do people always advice students to start taking the MCAT in junior year?
Does this mean they will keep taking the MCAT 6 times (6 yrs from junior yr to 4-yr university graduation) until they reach medical school admission?

I think you’re confused. You should take the MCAT in your junior/senior year of college not high school. If you want to apply and start medical school immediately after graduating from college, you need to take your MCAT during that time period. If you do well on the exam, you only need to take it once.
